Christine woke up with some bleeding in the middle of the night so we took her to the ER. They admitted her, and that's where she stayed for 4 days until her doctor was satisfied everything had stopped. She had an unexplained hemorrhage between the placenta and the uterus, but the baby was perfectly healthy. After the hospital stay she was on strict bed rest for a week at home to give everything time to work itself out. Goal one was to make it through a full 24 weeks (3-4 more weeks) when babies start having good chances outside of the womb. Goal two was to make it through the whole 9 months ;).
